One of the biggest multinational companies in India is the Tata Group, which is known for their vehicle manufacturing business. Today, the Tata Group operates in more than 80 countries.
Tata Motors had been using one logo, which is undoubtedly a testament to its consistency and amazing performance over the years as it did not even have to consider a change in its logo to promote their products. Its logo has been so popular that it’s now recognized worldwide and ranks among the world’s top most successful logos, even in the top 5 in my book.
What’s more, the “Tata Motors logo” is nothing but a large “Tata Motors” written on the logo. Indeed, it is a design with so much soul and meaning, and its popularity is highly astounding.
Although this is the complete company logo, most cars and Tata products just bear the image on the left. At first sight, it looks like a fancy “T” to me, representing the company’s name. On further research, however, I was surprised to find out about the things that the logo represent.
The colors of the logo not only fit well together but the red speaks of passion (for driving perhaps) and provides visual appeal. The white is a complementary color and could possibly be there to represent purity and reliability. On the cars, however, the logo is designed with a metal finish, which mainly serves to blend in the with the car color and give it a sleek and modern finish!
Most vehicle companies, including Toyota, have a similar logo design concept for their company.
